If you created your account and didn't receive the account confirmation email in 5 minutes, the most likely cause is that the email has ended up in spam. We often find university spam filters catch a lot of system-generated emails and it's something we are actively working on with universities to resolve. There are a few things you can do:

  1. Check your junk mailbox to see if the email ended up there.
  2. If you still haven't received the email, attempt requesting a password reset following the steps in this article.
